The growth of the Sabha was mainly dependent on the support of enthusiastic members. A trust was formed to acquire a land for the construction of an auditorium with all modern comforts in the heart of the city. In 1974, the trust acquired one and half acres land in Alwarpet, where the auditorim is built. It was opened, fully air-conditioned, on 14-2-1988 by H.H. Swami Haridhos Giri.
